Knut Åm
A former Senior Vice President and head of Exploration and Production of Phillips Petroleum. Previously he has held positions with the Geological Survey of Norway, the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate, Statoil, and he has been adjunct professor of geophysics at the University of Bergen. He has also been Chairman of the board of the Norwegian Oil Industry Association, Christian Michelsen Research, Hitec ASA and President of the Norwegian Petroleum Society and the Norwegian Geological Council.

Brage Johansen
Brage W. Johansen (b. 1971) has extensive experience from both billion dollar corporations and startups. In Statoil he was head of Hydrogen business, investigating and developing the hydrogen valuechain for both industrial and transport use. He was responsible for establishing Norways first hydrogen station and producing the hythane concept sportscar FYK. From 2009-2012 he was VP Strategy in International Research Institute of Stavanger. And from 2012 to 2017 he co-founded and built the Zaptec company from scratch into a full grown company delivering charging stations for electric cars.

Lars Johan Frigstad
Mr. Frigstad has a "MSc in Economics and Business Administration" from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH), and Prince2 certification in Project Management from SKEMA. He has held financial and management positions both within the financial markets and industrial sectors, whereof 18 years of experiance from the geophysical and offshore industry from publicly listed seismic companies Petroleum Geo-Services (PGS) and SCAN Geophysical from which the last 7 years he held the position as CEO (a listed company with a market cap of NOKb 2.5 involving a total staff of 300 people). He has held the position as CEO of MOORE Energy since 2009.

Arno Berg
Arno Berg is a graduate engineer from the The Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTH), also holding an MBA. He is an owner and director of automotive and consumer electronics companies. Arno Berg is a board member of the National Gallery in Oslo, several real estate and commercial companies.

Carl Michael Smith
Carl Michael Smith is former assistant secretary of fossil energy for the U.S. Department of Energy from 2002 to 2004. Mr. Smith’s international experience includes service with the secretary general, Ministry of Science and Technology, Carbon Sequestration Leadership Forum (CSLF). CSLF is a Bush Administration initiative with a 21 country membership seeking technical solutions to the capture and storage of carbon dioxide from energy generating facilities. Additionally, he led U.S. bilateral fossil energy protocols in Australia, India, Norway and Russia. From 1995 to 2002, Mr. Smith served as Oklahoma’s secretary of energy. Mr. Smith served as president of the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association in 1994 and operated an independent oil and gas exploration company based in Oklahoma City. Carl Michael Smith has also served for several years as the Executive Director of the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission. He practiced energy law and earned Bachelor of Arts and law degrees from the University of Oklahoma.
